Cash donations are always greatly appreciated, and donations are what drive our rescue organization. The average cost to rescue a healthy dog is almost $400, factoring in spay/neuter and vaccination costs, heartworm and flea preventative, supplies, transportation, and food. We have rescued several dogs who came from the shelters with Parvo or Distemper, and their treatments were $800-$1,500. If a dog has severe injuries or is in very poor health, the cost of their medical care can be thousands of dollars. Without donations from caring individuals, we would be very limited in the amount of help we could offer. Thank you for your consideration, and for helping us make a difference.

The cost of caring for the dogs in our sanctuary is about $500 a month, and we can not continue to care for them without your help. Please donate what you can, and thank you so much for your support.

Dog houses, dog toys, dog beds, kiddy pools: any kind of items like this will be put to good use at Twisted Branch. We could even use some Little Tykes-type play equipment, because dogs enjoy crawling on them. If you have any items to donate, please contact us for pickup.

Often times we need assistance with transportation in order to be able to save a dog. Sometimes we need help getting a dog from the animal shelter to us, or from us to its adopter. If you have a reliable vehicle and you would like to volunteer to help with transportation occasionally, we would love to have you on our team.
